Introduction to Ayurveda (L2)
Duration: 2 Hours
If you have attended Introduction to Ayurveda in the past and are now ready to understand the concepts in more depth, a 2-hour seminar would be a good fit. It includes an overview of Ayurveda, followed by an in-depth explanation of one topic (eg. daily routine, seasonal routine, good digestion, healthy sleeping, etc.). There will be a few take-home tips.
Ayurveda's Algorithm: Nature's Code (AA1)

This is my signature Ayurveda workshop that I've taught at Stanford for several years. Students will learn Ayurveda's Algorithm from the ground up and through the help of software pedagogical tools, take the algorithm for a spin in their own context.
Ayurveda's Algorithm: Nature's Code (AA2)

This is my signature Ayurveda workshop that I've taught at Stanford for several years in its longer format. Students will learn Ayurveda's Algorithm from the ground up and through the help of software pedagogical tools, take the algorithm for a spin in their own context.
